Pour les \u00e9tudier et les analyser, il a fallu d\u00e9crypter de nombreux documents tels que des revues, des journaux, des articles, mais surtout fouiller dans toutes les d\u00e9lib\u00e9rations du Conseil R\u00e9gional \u00e9mises en Commission permanente ou en S\u00e9ance pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re.
